Personal trainer coaching at Everybitfit in Scottsdale

Your first personal training visit should help you understand your options, not pressure you into keeping up with a workout that was designed for someone else. At Everybitfit’s Scottsdale studio, the starting point is a conversation about you: your goals, your experience and how you move today.

This checklist is for nearby Scottsdale residents considering a supervised studio session, including adults 50+ and people returning to exercise. You will visit us at 7848 E Redfield Rd #8, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, near Scottsdale Airpark.

Before You Visit: Request and Confirm Your Session

Use the free Fitness Strategy + Workout booking form to send your preferred time and contact details. A request is not a confirmed appointment; the team will contact you to arrange your visit. If you have scheduling questions, call (602) 743-6867.

Check our studio hours when considering a time. Your coach’s availability may differ from the full opening window, so wait for confirmation before traveling.

What to Bring to the Studio

  • Comfortable clothes that let you move.
  • Suitable training shoes and water.
  • A short list of your fitness goals and questions.
  • Relevant movement limitations or exercise recommendations from your healthcare professional.

You do not need to arrive knowing exercise names or how to use every piece of equipment. Learning technique and asking questions are part of a guided studio visit.

What the Free First Session Includes

Your Fitness Strategy + Workout session includes discussing goals and limitations, checking movement and mobility, and trying a workout tailored to your ability. The team can then discuss a personalized roadmap and training recommendations.

Use the conversation to explain what you want training to support in daily life. Also mention what has made previous routines hard to maintain, such as scheduling, uncertainty about technique or discomfort with crowded classes.

Questions Worth Asking Your Coach

  • What would be an appropriate starting point for my current experience?
  • How would you adjust an exercise if a movement feels uncomfortable?
  • Would private 1-on-1, couples training or a semi-private group suit my goals?
  • Which session times can you confirm for my schedule?
  • What are the current ongoing plans and prices?

You can read the current trainer profiles beforehand and explore plans and prices. Small-group availability depends on scheduling, goals and coach recommendation.
