Originally from Haiti, Daphlie has called San Diego home since she was 14. She loves movement, cozy coffee dates with friends, and getting lost in a good book. Flowers — and Flower Child — have her heart (and her wallet).
Daphlie is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping women build strength, tone lean muscle, and feel confident in their bodies. She’s especially passionate about working with women 40+ who want to improve bone density, balance, and overall longevity through safe, progressive strength training.
Her coaching style blends warmth, encouragement, and accountability. Whether you're new to strength training or getting back into a routine, Daphlie focuses on proper form, steady progress, and creating an environment where clients feel supported and empowered.
She believes fitness should build more than muscle — it should build confidence, resilience, and energy for life outside the gym.

Meet Fufu
Nomfundo “Fufu” Nxumalo has been transforming lives through fitness since 2020, combining science-based training, positive energy, and intentional coaching in every session.
Originally from South Africa, Fufu has lived in China and Taiwan before moving to the United States. She speaks 6 languages and her international background gives her a unique perspective and vibrant personality that clients immediately connect with at Everybitfit, a private personal training studio in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Fufu is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Health Coach with a double major in Performance Studies and Media & Communication Studies. She continues to pursue additional certifications as part of her commitment to helping clients improve their strength, health, and overall quality of life.
She specializes in women’s strength training and personal training in Scottsdale, working with clients in both 1-on-1 personal training and small group training sessions.
